On our office, we have a USB Stick as a backup for our internet. The problem is that after reviewing the log, every night it consumes about 4gb of data (not sure why). So, for the time being, I would like to programatically disable the Interface every night and enable it every morning, this way, I may don't have that consumption until I resolve the problem.
This are the recommended commands, I will try them the next couple or days.
/etc/rc.linkup stop opt1
