Ubuntu: Remove Swap Partition and use File

I need this so that my computer can Hibernate. I've got 16 GB of Ram and the SWAP partition was 1GB.

One of the conditions for the computer to successfully HIbernate is that the Swap has to be bigger that the RAM (about 1.5X). So what I will do is delete the partition and use a Swap file, which seems to be the way things are moving towards.
