I usually use my laptop connected to a screen using an HDMI cable. I finished working, closed my laptop, disconnected the HDMI cable and put it on my backpack.
30 min later my backpack was almost on fire.
My suspicion is that as I closed the laptop before disconecting the hdmi, the computer thought it was still connected to the monitor and kept worming.
It should have gone to sleep as soon as I disconnected the HDMI.
shame on you MSI.
update: 30 minutes later, the computer is cold and works perfectly.
