The button is not displayed for the second user because it’s configured this way in the session preferences.To see the Post button (and everything else related to accounting), you must follow this steps:
1. Log in with your “second user”, i.e. the one that couldn’t see the Post button
2. Go to Session Preferences window
3. Set the “Show accounting tabs” checkbox
4. Press Save preferences
5. Go to purchase invoice window and verify the button is displayed
